EXCELLENT Location and Helpful Staff!

The location is AMAZING!!! It's right in the heart of the action. The airport bus stop is conveniently located just outside. Access to the metro stations is so easy. I could leave my luggage at the hotel while I explored other cities.
The central air conditioning could be tricky to adjust. I couldn't always get the room temperature exactly how I wanted it.

The check-in process was quick and efficient, thanks to the staff. They were always ready to assist with any questions. I found them informative, and most spoke good English, a huge plus for international visitors. They REALLY were very good.

i found the location convenient, situated right by the airport bus station. it allowed for quick access to the bustling street food scene in myeongdong. the comfortable beds and swift check-in and out process streamlined my travel experience .
the air conditioning system presented an issue, cycling on and off during the night. this inconsistent operation disrupted sleep patterns, as the sudden changes in noise levels were quite noticeable. the lack of individual control over the temperature added to the discomfort.
